Office Assistant - Administration Office - Springfield
The Administrative Office of Catholic Charities has a part-time opening (25 hours/week) for an Office Assistant. Duties will include working in the office and reception area Monday-Thursday 12:00 – 4:30 and on Friday 8:30 – 4:30. This work will consist of answering a multi-line phone system, greeting visitors and arranging for set up and take down of luncheon meetings held at the Admin Office when necessary. This position will be responsible for assisting HR with a variety of duties including but not limited to computer entry, running monthly reports, tracking missing HR file documents and assisting Administrative Assistant with general clerical duties. High school diploma required; excellent computer skills and organizational skills a must. Position offers paid time off benefits; vacation, sick and personal plus 14 1/2 paid holidays.
