Catholic Charities Mobile Food Pantry Visits Beecher City

On Saturday, November 19 the Beecher City and area residents participated in the Mobile Food Pantry run. The local area people attending received a variety of Thanksgiving and other food choices from meats, produce, canned goods and other packages items.
Under the supervision of Sr. Sandra Sudkamp and in collaboration with Reverend Paul Bauer, 63 individuals from 20 families received food.
Volunteers from the High School were on hand as well as many others to help with this event. Gratitude is extended to all involved including: Dietary Department of St. Anthony Hospital who provided samples of food, individual sponsors and local business sponsors - The First Bank of Beecher City, Beecher City Foodliner, Beecher City United Methodist Church, Bales Unlimited , Donaldson Service and the Beecher City Journal.
