St. Anne Residence is a beautiful, brick two-story, wheelchair-accessible, independent-living community at 309 E. 9th St. in Beardstown, Illinois. This affordable senior living facility has 23 one-bedroom apartments complete with a full kitchen (appliances included) and bathroom. A community room provides an accessible area for activities, events, and socializing. A central laundry room, a beautiful library, and an elevator for 2nd-floor access are available.

To qualify, applicants must be 62 or older and living on a moderate to low income. Rent is based on earnings and will never exceed 30% of the household income. All applicants that meet the age and financial requirements are welcome regardless of ethnicity, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin. St. Anne's Residence is pet friendly. One pet allowed per apartment with restrictions and a pet deposit.
