ELDERCARE OPTIONS is a program that assesses, counsels and assists with determining the best advocate option for your loved one. Catholic Charities Advocates will assist with ensuring the best level of legal advocacy (Financial POA, medical POA or guardianship) is obtained for your loved one. When personal affairs, finances, or health care become a challenge to manage independently, our staff will coordinate with Physicians and Attorneys to secure an appropriate decision-maker.
